Dear Jackson-
This is the last letter I will write you while you are two years old, next month you will be three years old! I can't believe it, as it seems like just yesterday you were born. You have had a good month, September was a warm sunny month so you spent lots of time out side playing.

We went apple picking one fall weekend, and while we didn't pick any apples you and your brother had a great time playing at the petting zoo and the kids area. You went to your first birthday party of the season- your buddies Aoeden and Quinn also turned three this month. And of course you have had daily fun with Trish. And how could I forget school? You started school at the Belmont Cooperative Nursery School and so far you seem to love it! You go twice per week for just a few hours but you have made new friends and are learning new things each day. Your favorite book remains the balloon book and Calliou is a close second. You love to read stories and sit on mommy's lap before bed.

Your language is coming along beautifully and your vocabulary grows every day. You love to help mommy and daddy do anything and you and your brother remain pretty inseparable. You and Shane will play pirates, store, bob the builder and if Shane isn't right there beside you, you will ask: "Where Shane?, where Shane mommy". It is wonderful to see you grow and flourish into your own individuals as well. Jackson, you are getting to be a bit bossy at times and you like to tell Shane what to do as well as other kids on the playground. In fact just yesterday we were at the new Wellington School playground and you met an 8th grader and you had her chasing you all over the playground! Above is a photo of you going down the fire pole by yourself at the playground.

I love you Jackson Reid, you are mommy's sun, moon and stars.
