Spring is here and I thought that I would take the boys to the playground- no big deal, I've done it before. What I forgot was that on previous trips to the playground the boys really weren't walking and now that they are walking it is a different experience. We tied snowball to the tree and he sat there like he always does- yelping and the boys played in the swings-life is grande. When we finished with the swings, things got interesting. Shane decided to climb UP the slide not up the stairs and then of course he would fall half way up- when we finally got to using the stairs- he didn't like the concept of sitting to go down the slide- he wanted to go head first- and he laughed the whole way down- so we continue to practice how to properly go down the slide and I thought he understood- you sit on your bottom to go down the slide- goal accomplished! I turn around to look for Jackson to find him in the middle of a girls lacrose game! The girls all stop and watch Jackson wander through the game. I run to pick up Jackson and in the 30 seconds we are gone i find shane taking a header down the slide again! Shane thinks it is funny and just laughs. So this was my first introduction to taking two toddlers to the park, we had fun and I did it again the next day.
